I am running DS2500 pads and Pagid 8 grooves and have cracked one of the front discs. The discs are only 6 months or so old - so under warranty - but of course Pagid want the discs to inspect before they will honour the warranty.
Assuming they will offer a refund - rather than just a replacement pair - does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement set ? I am beginning to doubt that more expensive discs are any better than others - however I would like grooved discs again.
I was considering either Godspeed discs or DBA 5000s [ is the expense worth it ? ] - or perhaps just some cheap grooved discs.

 

I cracked and warped two sets of pagid discs within a year. Now running on std.
