looking into fitting goodridge braided hoses to my classic in putting some dot 5.1 brake fluid in. Can anyone help a mechanical doofus with a simple how-to guide preferably containing as many pics as possible to stop me braking (excuse the pun) everything under the wheel arch?

How much fluid is needed also?

Some caveats, it's mercan so for furthest from driver swop sides ie furthest is not right rear but left rear, also needs translating, ie for lug nuts read wheel nuts (and no doubt others), also for 4 pot calipers (if you have them) there are two bleed nipples per caliper.
