Question Ferodo FDS 986 same as FCP 986?

I have been offered Ferodo FDS 986 pads which should fit the 4 calliper.
I have seen however that the popular DS2500 pads have a part number of FDS 986 so what is the difference between these and the FCP 986 offered to me?

Plsd to hear/tnks

Could be wrong but FDS 986's could be the new DS Performance range of pads whilst FCP 986's are DS2500's, which are the ones to go for.

Stockcar would be able to tell you better, 0191 4103770
