Default Caliper extensions for bigger discs.

Have an MY00 with MY02 WRX alloys but the OE discs (294mm) look a bit weedy. Seeing as new discs are on the to-do list I was wondering about the extensions for the standard caliper to allow the bigger discs.

Where from? How Much? which discs? etc. etc.
