Change the pads , the Greenstuff pads will leave deposits on the discs giving the feeling that they are warped , change to Mintex 1144 or Ferodo Ds2500

Ricey,

Mine does this too, with ferodo DS2500 pads - personally I'd avoid them. If it's happening whilst driving along, does it do it without the brakes applied and only at certain speeds. If so, then it sounds like a wheel balancing problem or could be the wheel not sitting flush with the brake disc/wheel hub.

Could also be something with the wheel hub itself, so I would check for any excess play in the wheel when the cars off the ground.

Mine was pretty bad around 80-100mph, but since fitting brand new alloys and tyres it's dropped to around 60-70mph and is nowhere near as bad as before.

I suspect most wheel balancing machines are just too far out to make them accurate enough on large alloys.
