Ian is ussually very busy in the workshop.
Mail him or leave a message on his answer phone.

You'll be unlikely to get a kit by the weekend, but you might be lucky

Email and wait I'm afraid. He is probably busy and there is usually a wait for his gear. Doubt you'll get it that soon, but you can try.

The trouble is, that the machinery he uses is noisey, therefore he doesn't hear the phone, and if he had a secretary to answer the p0hone you'd have to pay more for the kits!! and we don't want that do we!!

Talking

He could get the phone hooked up to a bell or an air horn in his workshop, he would hear it then!! . No need for secretary's then, unless you maybe want a bit on the side!! ;D

If it's a 308mm kit you're after, this may not be new, but it is cheap!

I had a chat with Ian at Santa Pod on Sunday.I was in the last Group Buy for a 335mm Brembo kit & we talked brakes & pads & stuff.Nice guy.

And judging by the people round his stand I would think he will be a busy boy at the moment.

You do need patience when waiting on a reply from him.But his gear is well worth the wait & that is the problem.Because it is so popular & he oly has a small set-up,he cant churn out hundreds of kits a day.

A victim of his own success.

I wouldnt wait, cause ian is busy and will forget. You got to keep emailing him/calling him to get a response but you will get through to him one day

As we have said on here many times before, what he needs is a nice blonde with big shirt potatoes to answer the phone and reply to all the e mails !! LOL

He can be difficult with time's and contacting him. Just had 335mm kit and my calipers recond. I must say say that he has made and a pukka job, they look brand new again. Just need to fit them now. Anybody done the 12mTap as I've never attempted it before and it's the first thing I have to do in the morn. GULP!

Anyone point me in direction of help.

thanks
dazza

Awd WRX,

In fairness mate had only been trying for 2 days, had been phoning but never left a message. Just was needing it for the weekend, brakes are in bad shape, had been waiting on an order from somewhere else but was taking forever.
