Looks like I might need to change the discs on the front of my 03 STi (with Prodrive springs and PFF7 18 inch wheels). I'm not looking to change the calipers, just wondering what other discs, apart from the OE discs are available, and what is the largest size I could run with standard Brembo calipers and 18" wheels?

What are you running with standard Brembos ?

Just had mine changed by TSL (02 STi). Apparently the only discs that will fit the Bembos are the standard discs that the car comes fitted with from the dealer (Brembo don't make uprated / grooved / vented discs that will fit). So, if you want different discs, you'll have to change the calipers as well.

I heard this from more than one mechanic / dealer / garage, so I guess it's true. The standard discs are pretty good though...
Note, I'd get them from a 3rd party dealer rather than an official Subaru dealer, as you can get them a fair bit cheaper....

I believe DBA5000 can be used with the standard calipers

Thanks for the replies guys...cheers Iain, you're right, the standard discs have been fine, just wondering if there were any other options but I'm not going to change the whole set up especially as I'm happy with it, but I'll certainly look at the prices from 3rd party dealers

You will find that Godspeed do a one piece and 2 piece disc and bell to suit this setup
