Crazed EBC discs

I've had a set of EBC Turbo groove discs on the front of my MY93 WRX for just over a year, and recently changed to my second set of Greenstuff pads.
However, the last few days I have noticed very small cracks appearing on the face of the discs. The cracks are small (5 - 10mm) and don't appear to be very deep.
The discs are now getting on a bit - is this an indication that they need changing, or are these cracks likely to be swept off with a bit of enthusiastic braking??
