I am running a 260 bhp WRX on 17's with F1's and this combo is much better than the Pzero on 17's (as were previously fitted). Better grip in all weather, good even wear so far and much cheaper (my 215/40/17's cost £303 all in).
Not tried S03's, but I think the concensus was they were better on cars with 18's, but on 16's the sidewalls flexed too much. Don't know about 17's though!

Neil,
If you go down the F1 route (I've got em on mine which is approx 240bhp) in standard 16" (MY99) I don't think you'll find em anywhere cheaper than Bracknell Tyre and Battery
Got my 205 50 16 for 71.50 each all in
Great tyres, loads of grip in the dry and bags of it in the wet too
Cheers

I have just changed the tyres on my P1 from PZero's to SO2's. I have noticed a definite difference already. I would have gone for the SO3's but I found a dealer with a few SO2's left and so went for them.
I wouldn't go near the PZero's again and I have been told that the Toyo's don't wear that well?
Hope this helps

For Bridgestone/Goodyear use 215/40/17 as the rolling radius is almost exactly the same. And if it is F1's you buy there are deals to be had, I couldn't get any deals on S03's and then read that they weren't too good either so went for the F1's

More wet grip and significantly more dry grip as well. The advice that polarbearIT gives is correct according to my research. I wouldn't go near Pirelli's again for all the tea in China!!!
How's business?

Nice to meet you on saturday, the BSM is a complete relevation. The P1 has been transformed from a very good handling car to an excellent one. The car is much more sure footed, much less understeer and much better under heavy braking.
Did you get your parts fitted OK?
