Hello Everyone,
I have just purchased a set of 17s and have been let down by a mate who can not refurbish them to my requirements (Shiny or Chrome Effect).

Does anyone know or recommend where I can get this done? I would prefer somewhere in the south although I will consider the rest of the UK if the price is right.

Thanks

Hi there,

I used Micheldever tyres just outside Winchester to do my wheels. They can't do chrome but can do a polished effect that's probably about as close as your going to get.

Give them a call.

Hello Lushman,

Chroming!, Dave the truth is very expensive as I said my friend owns a wheel shop, very expensive sorry to say around 150 per wheel. Also does not last very long at all. if you get a stonechip or hit a curb your done m8! with the stonechip you might not be able to see this until day or weeks later when the water gets in and you see you chrome staring to flake off!

High polish finish, as you saw on my Pug the wheels are deep dish made by a top US brand, one wheel cost around 350 each, the hardest job is to keep it clean, you will find the metal going dull, water marks etc a rigth pain.

Dave I have spent OH! since I have had cars almost £7k on wheels that is why at the end of the day I went for the OZ super L's for the colour, weigth, they get dirty hides the dirts ad pull well on the car.

You choice at the end of the day, something to think about.

And crap I have lost your number! do you still want the ice stuff?

Regards

Moe
