Question

I am fitting new pads, discs, lines etc at the weekend and therefore have to bleed the brakes.

I have a simple pressure bleed kit to make things easier and have done it on other cars before but not Scooby.

Does anyone have any advice on bleeding eg order to do each wheel or any problems likely to occur eg with ABS etc.

Thanks in advance
Paul

It's as simple as any other car. Just bleed them as you normally would and be careful not to let the reservoir go too low.

Most of the pressure bleed kits on the market will not fit the scooby reservoir . I made up my own kit and used it and have had no problems since . It sure beats all that pedal pumping . You start by bleeding the wheel farthest away from the master cylinder and finish with the closest . I got a mate in a dealers to check with subaru UK's technical department if pressure bleeding can be used on a scooby . They had never tried it but were interested to know if it worked .
