Following my puncture on Saturday, I decided to put my Cups on.

These things are just amazing. Grip is beyond anything I am used to. And they are good in the wet.

I suspect that standing water would be a big problem as the tread depth is only 4mm.

Bedford will be the big test, but if they perform anything like they did on the 911 in last week's Autocar cornering g force test then I will be very pleased.

These tyres are made for Porsche Cup and Porsche Classic Cup competitors and are a road legal slick. The front of a Porsche is a 225/40zr18... very convenient for WRX01 owners
