Impreza Sport tyres
#1
I have a humble V-reg Impreza Sport, and after 35k miles I need new tyres.
I currently have the original 195/60/R15 Michelin MXV3A.
I am trying to decide:
1) which are the best tyres to get?
2) should I change to 205/55 VR 15?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ian Hayward

Hi Ian.
I am Mark from Tyres Northampton,if you are needing tyres then definetly go for the 2055515 tyres. They will give you better road holding and will make the car far more stable.
If you fit the larger tyres then you are able to have a much larger choice of performance orientated tyres,ie SO2pp/T1s/gdyear F1,and the list is endless.
The 60 profile tyre you have on your car at the moment was designed with comfort in mind, not road holding.
Go for the bigger tyres you won't regret it.

Chizzer,
In the end I bought a set of 205/55/15 Bridgestone S-03s (from H&J, Frome).
I'm very happy with them. Less roll, and a lot more feedback from the road.
Thanks for the advice!
