Just bought a set of rims for trackdays and have 2 part worn / shagged sets of SO2's will
225/45 ZR17's fit on 17x7.5 rims, my 22b currently has 17x 8.5 rims

225/45/17 will fit nicely on 17x7.5wheels. The recomended width I think is 8.0 but 7.5 will be nice too.

Geoff, aren't your tyres 235/40/17's though? Thats what I run on my 22 and thought it was standard size?

when I had 225/45s on my RB5 they fouled the rear wheel arches under hard cornering....

no real problem, just made a worrying noise and rubbed the writing off the sidewall!!
