You're welcome. I wish I could have shared the results from this Car and Driver Magazine performance test on the WRX with you sooner...

Is hard to read but the key finding in the performance test is this...
The more they pushed the better StopTech performed compared to the others. They did 25 stops from 90mph to 0. By this time you are, of course, starting to heat up the system. Here are the average stopping distances of the 25 stops...
Brembo F50 299 feet
Brembo Lotus 305 feet
Prodrive 308 feet
StopTech 297 feet
Stock 340 feet
Stock with Hawk HP Plus Pads 316 feet
Then they turned ABS off and did one stop from 70mph to 0. Eliminating ABS gives a good indication of balance. Plus the test is useful because you do not want to have to worry about premature lock up when ABS is off. Here are those results...
Brembo F50 195 feet
Brembo Lotus 191 feet
Prodrive 198 feet
StopTech 189 feet
Stock 192 feet
Stock w/Hawk 198 feet
StopTech was the least expensive brake upgrade kit in the test. This test was performed on the same car with the same driver on the same day, etc. Tyres and suspension, etc. can effect stopping distance, but in this case only the brakes were changed.
Another kind of cool recent article that the STi guys might be particularly interested in... This shows what a properly dialed in STi can do in a performance test...
