Default correct off set

not long had brought a MY01 and found that when I corner to sharp or have any one in the back my rear bottoms up, currently I am running 225/40/18 with eibach springs. I went to R-Tec today and told me my offset was incorrect and that my wheels were et32 and should be at least 45,
advice please
