Question

Hi Guys,

I'm looking at getting some 18" Wheels on my STI V TypeR for the summer turning it into a total Tarmac Stage Rally Slag!!

The difference in rim prices is IMHO not too staggering but what about the rubber?

Does anyone know the optimum tyre size and approx. price per corner. I'll be keeping the stock STI suspension to start with, has anyone fitted 18's on an STI and can give some feedback about the ride?

Cheers
Chris.

Hi

I have a P1 with 18in rims, tyres are 225 35 18. There is a lot more grip with these tyres but the steering is a bit heavier.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I think for P-Zeros I was quoted £95 for 17" and £135 for 18" when I was looking into it last autumn.
