Cool

Yes I know this has been done to death

I want to fit AP330mm disk kit to my car, and I wondered which 17" wheel was suitable. I'm sure loads of you have tried different combinations

I want to fit Khan RSR's (17") but I don't know if it'll work.

Ps I have a strong dislike of anything difficult to clean eg multispoke / split spoke type affairs This seems to rule out much of all the stuff from Scoobysport / Scoobymania. I'd prefer 5 spokes if possible.

I've stolem a friend of mines piccy of this wheel on his Cossie

Check out the Raceline RL7s. 7 spoke design, but very easy to clean. I've got them on my car, admittedly not with AP brakes, but there does seem to be quite a lot of room behind the wheels for brake calipers to be fitted without fouling the alloys.

Pd7s are my favourites of all the ones I've seen (ie ones that are offered by Scoobysport / Scoobymania / Prodrive). I still don't really like them though (7 spoke not 5)

I have found in some previous posts that the Khan's will fit over STI 4 pots, doesn't seem like anyone has tried them over AP's though

I like some of the wheels offered by the Aussie guys (got some links at home to their sites)

I am abviously a bit picky !

Chris

I have a couple of piccies in emails of the one's your talking about (I think!) I'll post them later to make sure.

Think I might just give it a go ...I'll be buying the wheels first (in a month or so) then the callipers at a later date .. christ knows what I'll do if it doesn't all fit.

Anyone suggest an offset that may work ? I have heard that 50-53mm is the safest range to go for but that 48 would probably be OK.

What width ? 7 or 7.5 inch ?

Talking

Gary, might be best to have chat with someone like Steve Lawson or Nito who know about these things than amateur duffers like me
