Which brake pad should I choose for track use?

2 great Pads I know of and loads of people use them are:

Carbon Metallic 83 or 93 Compund
Pagid RS4 Compound

Remember that these are Disc Killers so are not kind to the Discs as I had a chunk of metal fall out the other week after dono

 

Ric, for what calipers are these pads for?
