Prodrive gold 17" bent inner rim

Got the 17" Gold Prodrive whhels nad one of them has a slight bend on the inner rim causing a slow punture.
Can this be repaired?
If so by who?
Also when doing the wheel nuts back up the gold of the wheel that it tightens agains't came off,, is this right and will it start to peel of the rest of the wheel?
Is it covered by warranty??

I had a flat spot on my rims which was greatly improved/removed by Spit and Polish in kent01732367771. They can also refurbish wheels. They did all 4 for £165 inc refit of tyres balanacing etc. Good job!
