Am about to have Bremsport disks and 1155 pads fitted for general road use but see that 1155s do not seem to last very long for some people. The low cost compared to DS2000 may be a false economy. Anyone using 1155s on the road where they last a decent time?

I don't know about front 1155's but I've got them on the rear and can't wear them out. They have done about 5 track days and 10,000 miles and still have about 30% left. A set of standard pads disappeared in a morning at Donnington

I went thru a set of pads on each trip to the track + an extra 5k miles too. So its not bad, but I am on my 3rd set in about 15k miles now, 2 track days.

I've got 1155's and try as hard as I can I haven't hardly worn them yet. Thats with cross drilled discs and plenty of brake abuse!! They've been on 10 months now.
