disc sizes

does anyone know if the two pot caliper discs are the same size as the four pots as i have a chance of some four pots but he has no discs and pads i know the pads are different but no sure of the discs anyone..

The disc size for the 2 pot is 277 mm , the disc size for the 4 pots are 294 mm . Get the 4 pots anyway and then get some decent discs after.

big bear they wer'nt cheap though at £300 with out discs or pads then buy the pads and discs they are going to work out a fortune unless someone has some standard ones cheap..

£300 sounds alot of money just for the calipers , people where selling the P1 brakes for about £400-450 , if you have to get discs and pads you will have to fork out about another £200 , plus it would be better to get braided lines and change the fluid at the same time . All in all about £550 if you do it that way , try and beat the price down for he calipers .
