Brake updrade and ABS

Morning from the colonies. Query : If I were to upgrade the brakes on a MY2k to the 4-pot STi, and add a single stage brake booster, how would this affect the ABS, if any? Would it add an extra load when the ABS kicks in due to the extra surface area of the extra pistons?
