Hoses for Prodrive/Alcon kit?
#1
Right. I've bitten the bullet and ordered the Prodrive Alcon kit for my imminent (so they tell me) P1.. but...
the kit has arrived at the dealers - calipers, disks, pads. Fine. I haven't seen them myself yet, but all reports have featured one word - "HUGE"
Question is: with all this expensive equipment, there is no suggestion of stainless (braided) hoses... which seemed strange to me. Am I missing something or should I be investing in a set? And will they have the same connectors as the hoses which fit the MY99 brakes?

*doh*
it's obvious really
1) Prodrive don't supply braided hoses with the alcon kit
2) Therefore you have to use the standard hoses
3) Therefore the connections are the same as the standard MY00
easy when you *actually think* about it
