Question

Hello!

I've fitted the Speedline ST2 17'' wheels to my MY98 Impreza but found that the original OEM wheel nuts do not fit the ST2s!!

The ST2s were bought from prodrive but they say that the original OEM nuts will do!!

Comments?

Furthermore, has anyone fitted good looking security nuts to the ST2s? Advices welcome!

Regards,

Gustavo

I have the ST2's on my car, MY99, used the original nuts and locking nuts, both work fine.

Strange...

I supposed the MY99 and MY98 had the same wheels and so the same wheel nuts...

I was reading this thread this morning whilst having my ST2s fitted at Scoobysport.

We came across the same problem, apparently ST2s must have the specific Speedline nuts in order for them to be secured properly.

Pete @ Scoobysport has a shed load, give him a call.

Thank you for your kind suggestions!

Scott:
do you know Pete's email? Scoobysport is somewhat out of hand from where I live (Portugal).
What kind of locking nuts are you going to fit to your new ST2s? The ones suggested by Ian? (Paddy Hopkirk)?
