I've just fitted some locking wheel nuts to my new Scoob and noticed they stick out quite a bit more than the o.e. nuts.
Is this normal or has my dealer sold me the wrong ones? At the moment it looks like any muppet with a pair of mole grips could get them off!
Any advice?

 

Same happened to me when I bought mine from a shop, I took them back and he found some flush fitting ones with a different mechanism which are just the biz. Anyone can split the slip ring and molegrip the long ones out.....not what you want with pricey alloys
