Yes,
it is quite common. I've had this same phenomenon happen with all the cars I've owned with rear discs. Nothing to worry about it seems. You can cure the problem by dismantling all the rear brake components, cleaning, and re-assembling, but it it only seems to last for a few days in my case, so I just live with it now!
