Red face

After recently having a puncture in one of my 17" tyres, I was forced to fit the space saver and drive from Coventry back to Manchester on the M6 at 50mph!!!!!!! not a pleasant experience being passed by caravans!!!!. Does anyone know of a 15"wheel/tyre combination that will have the correct size and fit in the boot, so at least I could travel at a reasonable speed should I have another puncture.

only thing to do is buy a single 7" same as the 4 you have and keep that in the boot (though it wont fit in the space saver well) I gave up and decided tyo call out ATS/AA to the scene and get them to sort out my blow out, its what I pay them for

I was wondering if the wheels that the rally cars use for snow rallies ie sweden, could be used as they are very narrow, but with a road tyre to give the same overall diameter then at least it might fit in the well. Any rally teams any ideas.
