Question

I plan to buy Michelin Pilot tyres for my Scooby. Is S02 better? I can`t find any test results with this new Michelin tyre. I`m just testing Michelin aplin pilot winter tyres and it`s seems to be good but very expensive.

I have Pilots on the fronts with Yoko's on the back.
Bought the Pilots as I couldn't find the Yoko's I was looking for.
When I asked the price he said 155.
I thought he meant for the pair. Ouch. Too embarassed to say "Take them right off now!".
Having said that they are very, very grippy.
Haven't tried any of the usual suspects.

Look at the AUTOCAR MAGAZINE of 3RD NOVEMBER 1999 if you can. Their TYRE TEST, which Tested on an Impreza Turbo, rated Bridgestone SO2 PP as best. Next was Goodyear F1. which was not as good in the dry as the SO2 and fractionally better in the wet
Michelin Pilot HX MXM was 4th being worse in the wet than the SO2 and similar in the dry.
