Has anyone ever had any wheels made to order ?

It would seem that most have the same style of wheels since there are limited options. But the wheel specialist near me has said that provided the correct parameters are supplied, some manufacturers can make them to your specs.

How about a nice 3-piece split rim ?

As you say, should be game on for three piece rims, but forget it for any castings (unless you want a couple of hundred!).
