steering wheel shaking under braking
i have upgraded my brake discs to godspeed drilled and grooved and braided hoses,i kept my old pads (they were have only done 3-4k not sure of make though) i feel from the brakes and stopping is vastly improved. but when i brake from high speed the steering wheel vribrates\shakes.i do not feel anything through the pedal. i did not have the problem b4 i changed them over (just could not stop)
what could be the cause of this cr@p pads or wrapped discs? or are they just bedding in?

could be cr@p pads, mine did this on track at silverstone, braking from 130 to 90 at the 50 yd marker for the corner, overcooked the pads, and hence had very bad vibration in the steering wheel everytime I braked after that

That is not true at all. Many a well respected brake company have said it is best to replace the pads and bed then in on old discs and vice versa. Do you really think that people with AP kits etc replace the discs every time they replace the pads.... it would cost a fortune. Also many motorpsort formulas (Le Mans, WRC, OZ V8 supercars etc) change pads mid race etc... discs are not changed they do't suffer.
