Hi
due to chance my tyres on the sti8, currently have 225/40/18's in pzero nero.
has any one fitted 225/35/18's on their car and if so was ride better / worse.
reason for question, see that John F says SO2's still available in this size and had them b4 on my old my99 & loved them (even thou the zero neros' ar'nt bad )
also, tried some 35 profile worn toyo's on a spirited bit of driving on a toll road and they apeared to make the car handle better (less roll).
cheers simon

Not sure they would make that much difference to be honest. But I guess a lot comes down to personal preference. I've always used 225/40/18s on my MY01 (incidently, I couldn't get on with the original Pzero's - tramlined badly after only 9 or 10K miles). I've used S03s which were pretty good, but I've gone back to the Toyo T1-S. This seems to be the best comprimise between grip / wear and general performance.
Incidently, the 35 profile is incorrect for the Scoob. Your speedo will over read by a small amount - something around 3.5% if my memory serves me right (with your speedo reading 60, you are actually doing about 57 - better than under reading I suppose).
