I have also managed to get a little to close to a kerb and have managed to cause some minor damage to the edge of one of my rims.
Has anybody managed to find out what the paint code is for Prodrive bright flitter wheels is, Subaru part number SACC2562. I know in the past that Prodrive are sometimes very difficult to get this sort of information from.

Any help would be greatly received.

If it's the colour I think it is - dark silvery / graphite-ish - then it's a two coat process AFAIR. Somebody asked before and Mike Wood replied that it's a black coat on the wheel followed by a spray over of the silver flitter, i.e. it's not a single touch-up job

Could be a bit more difficult to sort...

AFAIR the other person had had some damage and a dealer had tried to rub it back a bit to clean up and found the colours didn't come off as they thought and it left a black rim.

I have the same wheels on my Scoob, I did the same sort of damage as you and got a local guy to come out and sort them. He did the 3 damaged wheels on the car charged me £35.00 per wheel, you would not know they had been touched them. He told me the closest paint was an Alfa Romeo grey metallic, hope this is helpful.

As the well named Gooner says, any good wheel refurber will be able to match the colour.

I've had all 4 of my PFF7's refurbed and you would not be able to tell.

Trouble is they all need doing a again now.

Thanks for the info. Have managed to get a touch up paint from Alfa and in the process of trying to repairing. The colour seams to have the right amount of metalic through it but appears to be a little dark. Heres hoping it lightens a bit soon so I can get it back on the car before the boss finds it in the middle of the kitchen table.

Baz.

Good luck, I hope it dries a little lighter.
