Talking about used ones in decent nick with decent tyres (tyres don't have to be new as long as there's a good few mm left in them).
Considering going for a set of these either in 17" or 18" so if anyone's bought or sold a set recently I'd be glad to hear the details and prices so I can make a judgement if it's worth putting up a wanted ad just now.

Some 17s & 18s appeared on ebay within the past couple of weeks. I think the 17s went for around £500. The 18s were running about £100 above that but the auction got pulled way before the deadline.
I reckon £450-£650 for 17s (depending on wheel and tyre condition). 18s, probably not going to get them for less than £750-£800.

Cheers, will keep a look out and see if I see any for sale. Might leave it until the new year though, but if a set come up at a good price I'll probably go for it just now.

I just bought a set of OZ P1 17's in anthracite secondhand.
I have an MY00+PPP and I cannot believe the difference between the 16" OEM alloys and the OZ's.
Two of the wheels have minor scratches, but I don't care because the car is parked on the street in London. It's only a matter of time before I curb them myself!
They are on the car now and they look great.
If you can get a set of 17's in good condition for between £400 and £600 then go for it. I couldn't find any brand new 17's for less than £1,200 so at that price it's a f*cking bargain!
You will not regret it.
Mark.
