Just fitted Mintex 1144's onto front of my 00 turbo...

I know they are a hard compound and must be worn in (done 100+ miles with them now)... but when breaking from speeds from 40+ am geting vibration through the pedal and a loud whining sound....

Any ideas what this is people?? cant be normal?

They are paired with Graham Goode Racing discs which are grooved etc but that cant be the explanation!

Hope someone an help

Cheers

Chris

I tried 1144s on my car when I got it.

IMHO. certainly not the best for the Scoob.

Locked up very easily.

1155s were by far better.

I know? We learn.

BTW. Have moved on since then.
