Anyone with Tarox metal/ceramic brakes?

Hi,
I have strange feeling with this setup. After few big braking I get something like fade. May be it is master brake cylinder from my MY98 becouse it is another like MY99+ cars and cant cope 4pot and rear sliding caliper for vented disc conversion.
I dont know whats wrong but difference is too big. 4-5 stops are fantastic and next is like with 2pot brakes.
I run with Motul racing fluid and sparco hoses.
