Question

If you fit braided brake hoses then can you still use hose clamps for any maintenance work? If not then does it make changing calipers/discs etc. much more complicated?

No you can't,, it mucks the pipes up, But, you only need to clamp the pipe when actaully removing or splitting a caliper, so it's not a weekly task, you don't need to clamp the pipe to change the discs.

As Ron said no , the inside of the pipes are PTFE not rubber so you will damage them , I made up a couple of blocks with a hole drilled in it with a 10mm thread , I fit these to the ends of the pipes when removing the calipers so this seals them.
