Just ordered a set of Ferodo DS2500 pads for my MY99 Turbo, and the ordered set is part number FCP1327H.

Is that the correct one, I did a search on this but it's still not clear. Looking at the Ferodo UK website, a MY 99/00 Turbo GC8 is not listed there...

Thanks,
Ramon

most cars at that age have the "subaru" 4pot caliper fitted......FCP986H.......
the pads you have ordered are for the later 2pot style.....

Thanks,

you mean for the "earlier" 2-pot style? Or did some later cars have 2-pots in front? I thought that until 97 or 98 or so, they all had 2-pots in front?

Hmm, confused.... anyway I'm gonna change my order for the FCP986 ones...

Just called the shop again to verify and according to their catalogue :

FCP1327H are for Impreza GC 2.0 Turbo 12/98-12/2000
FCP986H are for the Impreza P1

Although everybody says to go for the FCP986, according to the catalogue, FCP1327 seems to be more correct, no?

Thanks for any advice,
Ramon

Ok the issue is solved, the correct ones are indeed FCP986.
The Ferodo catalogue is not very clear when it comes to Subaru vehicles.

Looking at ferodo racing.com, subaru is not even listed there, but other car brands I never heard before are listed...

Yes, thanks, just have a look here:

http://www.ferodoracing.com/

You have sought after brands like;
Bristol, Dacia, DAF, FSO, Innocenti, Jensen, Lada, Mariagrazia (my god!!!), NSU, Polski (sounds good), Santana, Singer (they make cars??), and Yugo
BUT NO FRIGGIN' SUBARU!!!!
