Hey guys, just wondering if there is anything on the market that repells brake dust from settling onto the allys? i guess a teflon based coating would do the trick, but it there anything thats safe to use on the wheels?

plus, what tyre gel thing do ppl reconmend, i use turtle wax at the mo, but find it barely lasts a week...

Most waxes will be ok to use on the wheels. There's no way of keeping dust off the wheels, just makes it a little easier to clean.

Autoglym Gold works very well on alloys. I've been using this for a while and it makes life a lot easier.

Wash them first really well, then use a heavy wax like symoniz (sp?). Give it a could of layers, as I doubt you take the wheels off that often.

Diamondbrite works well on wheels as well as on your paintwork. It blocks the pours that break dust fills.
