I used to use Auto Glym wheel cleaner and the brush on my old car but i aint using it on the anthracites so any ideas?

I have a set of P1 anthracite alloys and use Wonder Wheels with good results. Some people say it damages the centre disks on the OZ wheels but haven't noticed it myself.
