I have a my98 turbo at the moment with a standard brake setup car problably pushing nearly 240bhp.. Looking at getting a set of P1 dics and 4 pots for front. wot pads will be the best choice for front and rare. better braking. I use the car for normal driving/fast no tracks
Ferrodo DS2500 pads front
Ferrodo DS2500 pads rear
Pagid Fast Road pads front
Pagid Fast Road rear pads
Mintex C-tech brake pads type 1144

been the same route as you mate
UK MY98 with 2 pots, upgraded to Sti4 4 pots, had braided hoses fitted. first i had EBC turbogroove discs & red stuff (recommended by Tyres Northampton).
Top Tip = Do not buy EBC pads, they are sh1te !
I now have Ferrodo DS2500's on the front (still got the EBC discs)
The DS2500's are 100% better, less fade & hardly any dust (although they cost me £130 ish IIRC ut worth it).
Had mintex 1144 C-techs with the two pots, squeeled like a pig and LOTS of dust
havnt tried Pagid's yet
BTW, rears are still standard (except hoses of course)
hope this helps
