I ordered from NeedForSpeed some Pagid fast road front pads for my standard spec UK MY99 turbo last week. What I ordered was FR-3108 as per their web site, but what I got was FR-3125, which are completely the wrong shape.

Phoned NFS this morning, and they phoned Pagid and was told they are the correct ones and the part number had changed. Clearly they are not the correct ones as they do not fit my calipers. It's a standard UK spec MY99 2-pot setup completely unmodified.

Anyone else have this trouble? Which are the right ones to use? Getting desperate now as track day on Saturday looms and my existing pads are knackered!

Cheers
Tim.

UK MY99 has 4-pot brakes. Something's not quite right.

Hmm, maybe I just can't count right. There are two large pistons either side of each caliper...

Product Details Changed the 3108 are now 3125's no difference but Pagid went through a number crunching game.......so far the only set of Subaru Pads to change.

So how does that explain why they don't phsyically fit in the calipers on my car and are a completely different shape to the OE subaru pads?!

My car is definatley a UK MY99 - registered 3/99 and has the appropriate MY99 VIN number.

Very confused now.

Wink

Err if you've got two large pistons on each side of the caliper, does 2+2 not = 4?
