Went to Goodwood on Sat (excellent as ever), but on the way home, within a mile of leaving I got a puncture on my front left tyre. The tyres are as above and I've only done 200 miles or so on them.
I was doing a U-turn in a gravelly layby when it happened, so only doing 2-3 mph. Thing is the puncture is a radial split in tyre, going from the tread toward the wheel. Seems an odd one to me. Has anyone ever got a puncture like this? Looked like there were some flints around the layby - surprised if this caused, but they can be v. sharp of course. I'm going to get the tyre sent back to Goodyear - but would they own up if it was a manufacturing fault?

There was something on exactly this problem a couple of weeks ago - try doing a search.
IIRC it was on the inside of the tyres. Nasty problem which seems to be recurrent...

That's right - a single radial split. I couldn't find the other thread. I spoke to Goodyear, and the guy kept talking about "runflat" and e-mailed me something - but again, as you would expect, that was concerned with circumferential splits....
