Question

can you buy spacers (whatever they are called) to increase the offset of a rim ??

have come accross some team dynamics 17" but the offset is 30

scoobies are 48 - 53 ar'nt they ??

any advice welcome

30mm offset! to get 48/53mm you would have to machine the wheel hub to the correct setting which is not recommended!

Baldy man,

That means you need a 18-23mm spacer. I think I read somewhere never to go above 4mm on any car. I would give them a miss. Apparently spacers put more stress on the bolts.
