any recomendations for pads to fit alcon/prodrive brakes and rear's

I'd stay away from Alcons as somewhere on here a group buy for Brembos at £750 is superb....

Depends what you want as you could just upgrade discs, pads and braided lines to something like pagids

Or you could go for a 6 pot kit, prices will vary from about £450 (for discs/pads/lines) to £1500(6pot kit), so there is alot of choice out there

presumably from your post you already have these fitted...........
normal recomends apply from people like Ferodo & Pagid (indeed Prodrive upgrade materials for this application are mainly Ferodo anyway)......
we have found with various customers that due to the high disc wear featured by this set-up (using original parts - read Ferodo!!), that the Pagid rs19 provides exceptional friction against disc wear for this application
