My new brakes from Godspeed they fit behind speedline chronos or supertourismos(prodrive) with a good 10mm of clearance between the caliper and spoke.

Had a set of the old 2 pots before which were sh*te.
These feel alot better already and am still bedding them in.
Low speed bite is not much different but at speed it is alot better, feel more solid and powerfull gives you more confidence. Will give them some real stick soon to see what they can do!
Did not fit myself went to godspeed but that was to make sure they cleared my wheels and I got all the bits and I was feeling lazy, was more than capable of fitting them myself. It is an easy job for anyone with mechanical knowledge, unbolt old clean up mating faces bolt on new etc replace hoses for braided aswell and bleed through with new fluid.Check for leaks.

I have the standard two potts on mine although they already have braided hoses on, and i have the 17" Speedline wheels too.

so was it worth the £795 or would the £595 kit do for fast road use...

Bah, personal choice really but I think the brembos are very good value, scoobysport used to sell a kit very similar with AP discs for nearly double the price and graham goode still do them I think, 4 figure prices still!

I have the prodrive tourismo wheels and the godspeed 4 pot kit and they fit spot on and are a lot better than the two pot kit, so its worth it alright.
