Hi guys
Calling all the pro's/someone who knows what they are talking about....
My front near side caliper seems to have given up the ghost...
the rubber bit that surronds the 'pot' is bust, rust is everywhere and it will not retreat.... hence locking the wheel...
resulting in pleanty of noise, loss of fuel economy (acceleration and topend) heat/smoke and loadsa break dust....
I'm in the market for a replacement and need to know what will fit....
What fits???? will take anything as long as it goes straight on!!
2 or 4 pots..... what ever..... looking also to change disc'a ALL round!!
will impreza calipers fit???
Legacy is off the road till I get new..... not chancing it!!!!
Would REALLY appreciate the advice of the members....
Anyone going to japfest??? would appreciate a chat..... buy you a pint there!!!!

I've been offered impreza MY98 2 pots... will 'they' fit???

What about getting the knacked caliper overhauled or service exchanged??
The garage that does work for me uses a company up here called Cleveland Motor Factors for overhauling calipers and they come back like new!!
If you want the number, let me know.
Worth a go as you'll only need to mess about with one side of the car.
Might help / might be a pants idea but worth a try.
