Question

Stupid question, but been ringing round for brake pad prices and I've now been told by that the Brembo callipers are 4 pot by one person, and 6 pot by another. I thought they were 6.

As its p*****g it down with rain and I can't be bothered to walk across the car park, can someone confirm which it is - 4 or 4 pot on the front?

Cheers,
Nick

Try Falkland Performance for DS 2500 pads, which are much better than the OEM pads...and a lot lot cheaper too.

Thumbs up

Four Pots

Just bought Ferodo's from Alyn (AS Performance)
Front FRP3067H, Rear FRP3068H, took about 1 hour to change all 4
Just bedding in, they are better than OEM, cannot comment on brake dust just yet, but anything must be better than OEM.

Don't forget the Pagid RS-15's, absolutely bonkers brake pads for the Brembo calipers.

They also come with an added side effect of competely hiding gold wheels with brake dust.

The RS15 has a 20% increase in friction over the RS14's giving the RS15 pad the bite of a semi metallic formulations and improved cold performance. It combines this with excellent release characteristics and like the RS14 is resistent to wheel lock up under hard braking.

RS15 applications include GT cars, dry tarmac rallying where very high levels of friction and high temperature stability are requires. The constant working temperature range is extended to 800 C.

Only 1 drwaback they are aggresive on discs unless you have AP's which seem pretty resilient
