drums to discs conversion??

Hi All,

i have a 96 wagon with drums on the back (boo hiss)

can or is it possible to convert to discs (raa raa)

the stoppers at present are bloody good but would like em a tad better

has anyone done it whats it like to do

and whats the cost

I stand to be corrected but I remember this being brought up before and it isn't possible/or it is but it is silly expensive.

Also, the rear brakes do so little of the overall braking, that it's not really worth it.

Have you seen those grooved drums around anywhere. www.demon-tweeks.co.uk does them. I have no idea whether they're any good or not though. I wouldn't think it'd be that noticable.
Is that on a sport or a GL or something?
