Question

I've just discovered a small (10 mm long) nail/panel pin embedded in my new Eagle F1 GSD3 , anyway i took it out to check and after 10 mins of hissing and ending up with a deflated F1, I came to the conclusion i have a puncture.

anyway, can i get this puncture repaired as normal? below is a pic showing the location of the offending hole.

As you can see the tyre is almost brand new, so i'm gonna be pretty gutted if i cant get this repaired.
Also how much is a puncture repair nowadays

cheers in advance
chris

my last transaction (not a scoob) at a local famous tyre company for a similar puncture was £10 cash or £19 if i wanted a receipt.

depends if you've driven on it much after going flat. I got a puncture yesterday and drove on it (unknowingly) and the tyre was shot.

£129

Red face

Basicly most places can't repair damage if it's too near the tyre wall (like yours), but I did get a puncture repaired using molten rubber rather than the patch they usually put on.
They guarantee the repair and can do it pretty much anywhere on the tread.
The place I used is up in Sutton but there must be a place closer to you!!!
Worth a call round before you buy a new tyre!

Iain.
